Prepare 4K from 5D Mark IV for editing in Premiere Pro

Canon's new 5D Mark IV succeeds the Mark III with more of everything. But most importantly, it records DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) video instead of UHD 4K (3840 x 2160) video using MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 compression.
